Interior Design Coordinator

Advantage Interior Design specialise in full-service residential interior design and decoration from concept to design development, documentation, project management and complete furnishing and styling.

We are excited to be looking for an organised and efficient Interior Design Coordinator to support our growing Interior Design team. You will play a crucial role in providing office support, maintaining our supplier database and stock room and assisting the team with their design concepts and furnishing schemes for projects right through to coordinating installations.

This is a permanent opportunity  30 hours per week, over four days per week.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administration support to the Interior Design team.
  • Order and collect samples required for upcoming presentations and coordinate visits/demonstrations by new and existing suppliers.
  • Attend client briefing meetings, measure/draw up floor plans and take onsite notes.
  • Assist the designers to research design concepts, colour and furnishing schemes in line with project budgets.
  • Staging installations in the warehouse and collating accessories, ensuring we have received all items.
  • Coordinating the delivery team to install and style furniture at client properties, in conjunction with Interior Designers.
  • Following up any outstanding items, repairs, returns with suppliers and clients after installations.

About You:

  • You must be able to work autonomously, be customer focused and have a high attention to detail!

  • This would suit someone still studying an Interior design qualification.
